Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 13th, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Hollywoodland Movers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ServicesHollywoodland Movers provides moving and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial moving
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Loading and unloading

2. Estimates & PricingAll quotes are estimates only unless explicitly stated as bindingFinal charges may vary based on:

  • Time required
  • Access conditions (stairs, distance, etc.)
  • Additional services requested

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept: [Cash and Card.]
  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24–48 hours] in advance
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the move
  • Ensure safe and legal access to locations
  • Secure or disclose fragile/high-value items

6. Liability & Damages

  • We take reasonable care when handling items
  • Any damage claims must be reported within [e.g., 48 hours]
  • Liability is limited as permitted by California law
We are not responsible for:
  • Items packed by the customer
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Items not disclosed as fragile

7. Prohibited ItemsWe do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal items
  • Perishables (unless agreed in advance)

8. DelaysWe are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Building restrictions
  • Other factors outside our control

9. Right to Refuse ServiceWe reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Customer behavior is inappropriate
  • Terms are violated

10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
